With this victory, Rory McIlroy cements his place amongst {golfing} legends—becoming a member of Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player, Ben Hogan, and Gene Sarazen—as solely the sixth golfer to full the distinguished Grand Slam.
