Political strategist for the Democratic Party, Jessica Tarlov, was mocked on air by President Donald Trump

During the Fox News broadcast of The Five on March 26, President Donald Trump held an audio interview with the panel. As the interview went on, Trump pivoted away from the dialogue about the warfare against Iran. At first, Trump threw compliments at each panel member, including hosts Greg Gutfeld, Dana Perino, Jesse Watters, and former MTV star Kennedy. Kayleigh McEnany crammed in for Tarlov, who was lacking from the panel.

Trump called out Kennedy and complimented, “You’re doing an wonderful job.”

After Kennedy thanked the president, Trump also mentioned Gutfeld and chimed in, “I do like his show.”

Gutfeld gave the camera a thumbs-up after the president’s remark.

After the interview ended, Tarlov took to social media and threw shade at President Trump. She tweeted, “Was so bummed to miss the show today! But I undoubtedly would’ve said he’s even inflating his numbers to 42 %!”

Tarlov referred to Fox News taking to social media on March 25 and launched the outcomes of their latest ballot.

Under Trump‘s job performance, as measured by the president’s approval rating, has dipped to 41 percent this month. About 59 percent of registered voters have disapproved of him, the highest disapproval rate for either of his terms, especially with his handling of the ongoing war with Iran. Trump has also lost Republican approval, which fell to a second-term low of 84 percent.

“They do not wanna settle, they need chaos,” Trump said, referring to the media. “As I said, our great navy triumphs against Iran cannot be displayed on tv because they’re displaying airports.”

Trump claimed news networks were not showing the “triumphs” of the war in Iran because they are focusing on “displaying airports.” He seemingly downplayed the TSA staffing disaster due to the ongoing partial authorities shutdown.
