In November, Trump sparked concern when he appeared to drift off during a press convention at the White House in Washington, DC. The media event turned chaotic when the President appeared to “fall asleep” while on live TV – and another official collapsed beside him.
The unforgettable second occurred when Doctor Mehmet Oz was discussing plans for lowering the fee of weight loss medication, while a tired-looking Trump appeared to be slumped in his seat. While his eyes appeared to be open barely, followers flocked to social media to remark on how the politician seemed to be asleep.

3. Bomb claims
The President made surprising feedback during a press convention in November as he led a assembly with the FIFA President and the White House activity power. During the assembly, Trump hinted at the likelihood of launching army strikes on Mexico and Colombia to fight drug trafficking. He shockingly said: “Would I launch strikes on Mexico to stop drugs? It’s OK with me. Whatever we have to do to stop drugs. Mexico is… Look, I looked at Mexico City over the weekend. There’s some big problems over there.
“If we had to, would we do there what we have executed to the waterways? You know, there are nearly no medication coming through our waterways anymore. Isn’t it down like 85%?”
He added, “We have nearly no medication coming into our nation by sea. You know, the waterways. And you realize why? OK, it is fairly apparent. Would I do that on the land corridors? Look, every boat we knock out, we save 25,000 American lives – not to point out the destruction of households. These households are decimated endlessly. The mom, the daddy, the kids, they never recuperate from it.”
He concluded: “Colombia has cocaine factories where they make cocaine. Would I knock out those factories? I might be proud to do it personally. I did not say I’m doing it, I might be proud to do it.”

4. Terror attack
In September, Trump prompted health fears on social media during a public appearance with his wife, Melania Trump, when they marked the 24th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attack. Twitter users took to the social media platform as they claimed Trump’s face was drooping on one side. Someone alleged: “He seems like he has had a TIA/minor stroke. This isn’t a one-off expression, he’s been like this for 30 minutes”. Another penned: “Don’t often buy into conspiracy theories a lot but Trump undoubtedly seems like he is had a stroke at some level.” However, there was no official update on Trump’s health issued from the White House or confirmation of the President suffering any medical incident.

2. Epstein files question
That same month, Trump lost it in front of a reporter who asked him about the Jeffrey Epstein files. The journalist asked him: “Mr President, why wait for Congress to release the Epstein files? Why not just do it now?”
He clapped back: “You know, it’s not the question that I mind, it’s your attitude,” he responded. “I think you are a terrible reporter. It’s the way you ask these questions.”
Trump later called for the chair of the US broadcasting watchdog to take away ABC News’ broadcasting licence.
