Dr. Mehmet Oz claimed that President Donald Trump is in peak bodily and mental health as he addressed issues soon-to-be 80-year-old commander-in-chief’s well-being on Tuesday afternoon.

Oz said Trump has “a unique ability to just keep going at all hours of the day, and with remarkable strength” as he addressed a reporter’s query about the president’s current bodily assessments at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

During a press briefing at the White House, the reporter reminded Oz — who was filling in for White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt — that Trump has had 4 exams in just two years.

“He’s had four already. The president’s supposed to have one a year,” the reporter acknowledged, at which level Oz cut her off and raved about Trump’s “energy.”

Oz emphasised that the assessments two weeks in the past have been “routine” and “regular” and added that the president’s health has remained regular over the ten years he is recognized him.

“I actually have talked to the president about what he’s sent to all of you, and I think it’s just a routine, regular exam,” Oz told reporters. “You remember, I had the president on my show 10 years ago, and he also presented records, and at the time, I was stunned at how well he was doing, because so many of these numbers will naturally, over time, will start going in the wrong direction.”

He went on to say that Trump’s data are “spectacular,” highlighting his ldl cholesterol and blood pressure — which he said all fall within “excellent parameters” for a man of his age. The president turns 80 in two weeks.

“That amount of energy and mental acuity does not exist in a vacuum,” Oz said. “You have to have a vessel to carry it, and the president has a unique ability to just keep going at all hours of the day, and with remarkable strength.”

But reporters weren’t shopping for Oz’s skilled opinions about the state of Trump’s health. One adopted up and requested Oz, “If the president is in such perfect health, why does he keep going back in for checkups?”

“I think he likes the results,” Oz answered. “He does really well. He aces the test every single day.”

“I do actually believe that he’s curious to make sure that everything’s going in the right direction,” Oz continued. “He’s a very meticulous person in so many ways that are often underappreciated.”

Oz added that he believes it is a good signal that Trump desires to “know all the numbers and keep on top of them,” which he said mirrors his behavior of calling people at all hours — he said the president likes to keep on top of issues and deal with them swiftly.

Health fears plague second Trump time period

Health fears have plagued Trump’s second time period, with the public harping on his severely bruised palms, his swollen ankles and his obvious reminiscence points.

The White House chalked the bruising up to the way in which Trump shakes palms with so many people every day, including that his aspirin routine exacerbates the issue.

The White House also revealed last 12 months that the president was identified with chronic venous insufficiency, which impacts the speed of circulation in the physique. That, officers said, may clarify the swelling in his limbs and the severity of the bruising in his palms.

Trump’s docs and other officers have maintained that the president stays in glorious health despite the seen points.

The president’s cognitive talents have also been called into query, with Trump often making delicate gaffes during speeches — mixing up names or misremembering statistics and varied occasions.

But Trump himself maintains that his cognitive talents are in top kind — he boasted not too long ago about having allegedly “aced” three assessments during his Walter Reed go to in May.
