Dr. Oz made a major declare about the American healthcare system while showing on Fox News on Monday, June 29, and it led to some brutal mocking from viewers.

The doctor and former TV character, 66, serves as Donald Trump’s Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and often companions with Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on numerous initiatives in an attempt to improve the health of Americans.

Now, after he was pressured to watch House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries call him a “joke” and “unqualified” for his position, he’s going through new mocking feedback as he provided his advice during his current Fox News look.

Stopping by America Reports, hosted by John Roberts and Sandra Smith, as they reported live from the Great American State Fair, Oz made some major assertions about the American healthcare system.

At one level, he also said that all Americans had to do to help save money was to take up short walks.

First bringing up the design of the food pyramid, he then went into his rant about what he felt may repair the issues.

“Obesity is the single biggest driver of health problems in the healthcare system, at least with hypertension, and problems with your kidneys and your liver and all kinds of downstream problems from those issues, all addressable,” he said.

“And here’s the big tip. You walk 20 minutes a day. Just that by itself is $100 billion of savings for the healthcare system. And you feel better!” He exclaimed.

However, many shortly slammed his remark on social media.

Many shortly mocked him for suggesting that it was a method to make things better by declaring Trump’s health points.

“Does your bloated boss walk 20 minutes a day? Can he walk one par 4 on one of his golf courses?” one individual requested on X (previously Twitter), while a second questioned, “I wonder if Trump can walk 20 minutes in one day?”

“If we could get TACO to walk 20 minutes per day, how much would that save the taxpayers?” a third puzzled.

Others mocked him by declaring that the advice wasn’t useful for sure conditions.

“I feel so silly, now, bothering those poor doctors to give me an appendectomy when I should’ve just gone on an extra walk,” one individual snarked, while another fumed, “Yeah, I’m sure my mom could have walked off the cancer that killed her. You f—–g betcha. FFS.”

“You peasants don’t need health insurance! Just walk away your cancer or Alzheimer’s or kidney failure or type 1 diabetes that you are born with or arthritis or any of the other illnesses that are common and not preventable an sometimes due to aging. Just walk it off man,” a third smarted.

Others called out that his remark wouldn’t save Americans money – and would benefit insurance coverage corporations instead.

“Not, ‘Walk 20 minutes a day. It is wonderful for your health,’ but ‘Companies and insurers will save money,’” one individual said.

“Saving money for the insurance company is not the point of having Healthcare,” another wrote, while a third added, “Oh yes, sir. I will start walking right this second so the rich will get richer.”
