Emmerdale has kicked off a thrilling ‘whodunnit’ as Doctor Caitlin Todd (Caroline Harker) has been killed. In latest episodes of the ITV cleaning soap, conniving Todd has been absent after beginning a new job at a hospital in Sheffield.
However, after Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) told Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) that Todd had inappropriately assaulted her, he tracked her down following advice from Kev Townsend (Chris Coghill). When Mackenzie confronted Todd at work about raping his spouse, she denied all of the claims and continued with her cowl story that the incident was consensual and called Charity a liar, which left Mack livid.

Todd then took great pleasure in telling Mack about child Leyla being Charity and Ross Barton’s (Michael Parr) youngster, without even considering that Mack already knew the reality.
As his anger boiled over, Todd was pressured to call security and depart her workplace before in search of solace in a stairwell, where he listened to a voicemail from his struggling spouse. Moments later, Todd discovered Mack, eliminated her masks, and confronted him.
In a heated exchange, she said that there’s completely no means she is going to get convicted for blackmailing or assaulting Charity, sure that the jury will imagine her because she’s a well-respected member of the NHS.
