A Ohio State and Penn State huge receiver was severely injured and his girlfriend was killed a horrifying ATV crash in rural Pennsylvania, authorities stated.

Fleming, 24, was driving the Yamaha quad with Alyssa Boyd, 23, down a rural highway in Pennsylvania’s Bradford County along the New York state line when they struck a deer that darted in entrance of them, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Boyd — who attended the University of Alabama, according to her social media — suffered “extensive injuries” in the crash and died at the scene, according to cops.

Fleming, who also lives in Pennsylvania, sustained critical accidents and was taken to Guthrie Troy Community Hospital.

Neither rider was carrying a helmet, according to state police.

Local media retailers, including PennReside recognized the sufferer as former school soccer star who performed for the Penn State Nittany Lions.
