Fetterman Slams El-Sayed’s Weird Little Man

The Democrat Party’s inside battle is growing more entertaining by the day. Moderate (by today’s requirements, anyway) Democrat Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) has been having a slash-and-snap contest with Michigan “Democratic Socialist” (commie) candidate Abdul El-Sayed, and I’ve to say, so far, Senator Fetterman appears to be successful this household feud.

Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pa., warned Friday that Democratic Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed might price his get together a must-hold Michigan Senate seat, escalating a personal feud over El-Sayed’s marketing campaign model, opposition to army help for Israel and alliance with far-left streamer Hasan Piker.

“He has put, you know, that seat in play,” Fetterman said during an interview with The Washington Post. “And after Bernie Sanders and others created the disaster in Maine, and they pushed garbage person like Platner, and now they’ve pushed an individual like El-Sayed that’s been very proud of his very deeply anti-Israel views and proud to campaign with an avowed communist overall.”

El-Sayed fired back, taking the tone of an indignant 12-year-old, only to be defenestrated by Senator Fetterman:

“Fetterman is probably the biggest issue. Fetterman is the sitting counterargument to the kind of Midwest politics that I think really can work,” El-Sayed said. “He’s also just an a——. I try to give him the benefit of the doubt. It’s just he seems miserable, and he seems like he doesn’t like the job.”

Fetterman answered by pointing to El-Sayed’s conduct during the first.

“He just has like this weird little man syndrome energy just going around insulting people,” Fetterman said. “And, you know, that’s the kind of campaign that he’s run.”

To Senator Fetterman, I might only say this: That’s all he has. Insults and communist ideology.

If this is the direction that the Democrat Party actually intends to go, their future as a fringe get together consisting of commies and rich coastal elites (and there’s a ton of overlap there) is assured, and then they’ll kiss governing majorities goodbye ceaselessly. John Fetterman, frankly, represents the direction Democrats ought to be going if they’re severe about successful back the Rust Belt, and as a lot of these commies are going to discover out, successful a partisan main is one factor, but successful a statewide election in a key swing state like Michigan is kind of another. 

But stranger issues have occurred, and national Democrat voters appear more and more keen to step off this communist cliff.

The query right here is what John Fetterman will do if the Democrat institution goes full commie – and full anti-Israel. Senator Fetterman has always been adamant about his help for Israel, to the purpose where he taunted anti-Israel protestors by waving a small Israel flag at them. Will there be a place in the Democrat Party for the last sane Democrat in the Senate? I do not see John Fetterman switching sides; too many of his coverage positions had been, until not too long ago, mainstream liberal. And if he goes unbiased, a lot will rely on who he caucuses with. If he caucuses with the Democrats, effectively, as the previous saying goes, a distinction that makes no distinction is no distinction, and the senator would seemingly be exploding his next reelection probabilities.

And right here we’re, not even into the intense post-Labor Day marketing campaign season yet. This midterm election is shaping up to be a real humdinger.
