Former Patriots coach Bill Belichick is selling one of his island getaway homes on Nantucket for $3.9 million.
The 24-season New England football coach (and now University of North Carolina football head coach) bought the beachside ‘Sconset cottage back in 2014, according to assessor records.
The rustic home, located at 3 North Gully Road, has wooden walls and a loft accessible by ladder, according to the Coldwell Banker listing.
The direct beach access isn’t so bad either.

About Bill Belichicks home for sale
Belichick’s home was built in 1976 and sits on a 4,791.6-square-foot lot in the Codfish Park region of the island, according to the listing.
Two main bedrooms are located on the first floor of the house, and two additional built-in beds are tucked away in the building’s loft.
The cottage has two full bathrooms and one half bathroom, the listing said.
Down in the basement, red brick flooring encompasses the family room, full bathroom, laundry area, and mudroom.
The home also features a kitchen, banquette, stone fireplace, and an outdoor porch.
The structure itself is 1,500 square feet, according to the listing. And the property features one deeded parking spot.
Home has gone through renovation, several updates
The ‘Sconset home was renovated in 2009, about five years before Belichick purchased the property for $2,450,000.
Over the years, new heat pumps and a hot water tank were installed, the listing stated.
Additionally, air conditioning was installed in the home, one of the main bedrooms was revamped, and windows were added to the porch.
The custom-made bunk beds were built in the loft and a barn door was added to the basement, according to the listing.
The home was placed on the market on Aug. 22.
