Fox fans slam NY Rep. as puppet for Trump as she | TV Shows

Fox News viewers have been labeling New York Representative Elise Stefanik a ‘puppet for Trump’ after asserting her marketing campaign to run for the state’s governor.

The politician, who was a former cupboard decide for Trump before withdrawing his determination, took to Fox & Friends to announce key particulars about her lately launched marketing campaign. “I’m operating for governor to make New York reasonably priced and protected,” the current consultant kicked off.

“We have seen decades of single-party rule led by Democrats, and Kathy Hochul is the worst governor in America,” she continued, calling out current NY Governor Hochul. “New York is the most unaffordable state in the nation, with the highest taxes, the highest energy bills, the highest utility bills. We also have a crime crisis because Kathy Hochul has brought us failed bail reform, and has embraced the defund the police Democrats.”

“After this week, Ainsley, when we saw a raging anti-Semite, pro-Hamas communist who wants to raise taxes, and, frankly, he barely won the majority of the New York City voters. Kathy Hochul endorsed him and bowed to him. She has failed New Yorkers,” she said, talking on Democrat Zohran Mamdani’s victory over Andrew Cuomo and Curtis Sliwa for NYC mayor.

She continued on, claiming that there may be a ‘broad coalition’ of all political events that ‘know enough is enough.’ “We need common sense leadership to make New York affordable and safe again,” she said.

As she continued to slam Governor Hochul to the Fox and Friends co-hosts, viewers reacted to her statements on social media. One individual took to X to call her out, writing, “Remember when Elise Stefanik was nominated for UN Ambassador and then it was withdrawn by Trump to help Mike Johnson. Must suck to be a puppet for Trump. Miserable face Elise will be the white winsome of NY.”

Another echoed that assertion, writing, “Elise is a pathetic Trump puppet. That’s all she is.” “She want the maga vote? She’d best do everything that Trump asks starting now. All of the rinos need to go,” a third viewer replied.

“Elise Stefanik’s constituents don’t like her because she only focuses on what she can do to support Trump on the national stage. If you want absentee leadership, Stefanik’s the woman!” another person tweeted.

The announcement comes just three days after Mamdani gained the mayoral election in NYC, which was predicted for weeks by political studies.

Stefanik has allegedly been working behind the scenes to secure endorsements from key Republican figures and New York local officers. She has beforehand labeled herself as ‘ultra-MAGA’ and ‘proud of it.’
