During the Friday, July 17, episode of Fox News‘ The Five, panelists Tarlov, McEnany, Johnny Joey Jones, Jesse Watters, and Kat Timpf mentioned which get together has the most important Nazi-related points. McEnany slammed some members of the Democratic Socialists of America, who have claimed they do not thoughts if voters or candidates are secret Nazis, as long as they vote for the fitting people.
Tarlov, the only Democrat on the panel who often goes head-to-head with her Republican co-hosts, hit back by claiming some people on the fitting are just as dangerous. She went on to declare that Collins’ son-in-law, David Alan Scheer II, is allegedly a white nationalist. McEnany interupted to ask, “Is his son-in-law the candidate?”
Tarlov started her remarks by stating, “On the Nazi front. I care if you have a nazi tattoo. I cared when Graham Platner had one. I don’t think we should throw that around…
“But, there’s some, I suppose, potential Nazi tattoo or Nazi points brewing on the fitting. I do not know if you noticed this new report about Mike Collins, the Congressman who’s working for Senate against Jon Ossoff…, but his son-in-law is a white nationalist.”
That’s when McEnany asked, “Is his son-in-law the candidate?” Tarlov replied, “No,” before her co-host added, “That’s not even a blood relative…”
Tarlov added, “I’m saying that if you need to get – nicely, this man’s in his marketing campaign paraphernalia, he lives in a home that Mike Collins owns, he has said issues like, ‘Nothing incorrect with white nationalism. Jewish Bolsheviks killed thousands and thousands of Christians before World War II.’
“And all Mike Collins can summon is, ‘I’m a strong supporter of Israel.’ I don’t know if he wasn’t aware of the fact that this guy who is-.” McEnany interupted again to say, “That is ridiculous. The anti-semitism problem is on your side. Mike Collins is a separate.”
Tarlov tried to defend herself by saying, “I call it out every time!” Watter’s jumped in to break up the clash, joking, “We’re going after in-laws now.”
Viewers took to X, where a number of people defended Tarlov, including one particular person who wrote, “Yes, not a blood relative they were stuck with, a relative that was picked and chosen.”
Another raged, “Panelist: ‘this Republican is a white nationalist with family ties to the senate candidate in Georgia…’ Former Trump Press Secretary: ‘democrats are the Nazi problem!’ Ok, then.” A 3rd slammed, “They explain everything away. This is sick.”
However, there have been some who agreed with McEnany, as one particular person penned, “Stick to the candidate, not guilt by association.” In his troublesome Senate race in Georgia, Collins hopes to unseat incumbent Ossoff and preserve Republican control of Congress.
Ossoff has a commanding lead in early polling and has out-raised Collins by a issue of 40 to one. Now, a GWN investigation claims that Scheer, who is married to Collins’ daughter Summer, allegedly spreads white nationalist rhetoric on social media and associates with white supremacist teams.

He has also shared posts from the white supremacist group Patriot Front, and said “Gen-Z doesn’t hate Hitler” in a since-deleted video, which GWN saved.
Sheer also responded, “There’s nothing wrong with White Nationalism,” on a YouTube remark that dubbed his content “disturbing.”
Sheer is registered to vote at a property owned by Collins, according to GWN’s report. He has appeared in household photographs used for marketing campaign web sites and on election-night occasions.
While not addressing allegations against Sheer, a spokesperson for Collins said: “Rep Collins’ lifelong support for Israel is unquestionable and backed by his consistent record in Congress of standing up for Israel and her people.”
