Dana Perino suggested fans to “better” their news consumption.

The Fox News host, 53, took to Instagram on Sept. 1 with recent advice for her followers. Every Monday, she posts a “Mentor Monday” clip to her web page.

Months after utilizing the platform to drop a “private admission,” she has steered everybody search their news elsewhere.

She began, “So my advice is going to be… I’m going to give you two. One, I think in September, as a goal, everybody should add one news source to their diet.

“Whatever their news diet is. You might add a newspaper, hardcopy always good. You might add a new substack, a new podcast, something that will just add a little bit.

Dana then mentioned her own podcast, Perino on Politics, as an option.

She clarified, “I’m not just touting my podcast but it’s good.”

The host also talked about the “great” Fox News Rundown and Matt Whitlock’s 10 Minute Drill, which she described as “also a very good one.”

“Just add a little something to give you more information,” she explained. “It will make it better for you.”

The host went on to offer more advice that was fueled by her own need for “more time in silence.”

“All of us walk around with Airpods,” she identified, before suggesting, “We have to find time to walk without the Airpods or just sit in silence for prayer, meditation, just thinking because that’s when you come up with all of your good ideas.”

A few of her followers questioned her motives, with one joking, “You told me to add another news source besides Fox and then you tell me to take my earbuds out. I can’t handle all the negativity from this post.”
