Fox News halted as viewers turn against Trumps | TV Shows

President Donald Trump made a new menace to Iran; however, viewers weren’t thrilled with the escalation.

On February 28, President Trump, 79, confirmed in a video posted on his Truth Social platform that the United States and Israel launched “major combat operations” against Iran, which led to the death of their supreme chief, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. During the eight-minute clip, Trump claimed that Iran’s “menacing actions instantly endanger the United States, our troops, our bases abroad, and our allies throughout the world.”

Following the continuing strikes in Iran, Fox News halted its daily programming and livestreamed Trump’s press convention on March 4.

Viewers took to social media and slammed the president’s statements. They claimed Trump appeared to be defending his navy actions against Iran.

One viewer begged, “Please stop the war.”

Another viewer wrote, “Our country should not go to war if another country (one that isn’t even NATO for that matter) is attacked or ‘could possibly be attacked, maybe, I don’t know, we had a feeling!’ Incredible stuff here! Imagine still denying that this is about Israel!”

A 3rd wrote, “How many Americans have died? Unnecessary deaths caused by the President of Peace!”

Although President Trump had his critics, he also had a supporter who cheered, “Thank you for removing the terrorist Islamic regime of Iran from the planet. YOU ARE SAVING THE WORLD, MR. TRUMP!””
