Fox News’ common programming was interrupted for a Donald Trump announcement on Tuesday, October 14, as the US President shut down an ABC reporter during a heated press convention.

Trump, who was taking questions from journalists in the White House, did not maintain back when the ABC correspondent tried to ask a query sooner or later after his historic Gaza ceasefire handle.

As the reporter began talking, the commander-in-chief furiously acknowledged: “I don’t take questions from ABC fake news…. After what you did with Stephanopoulos to the United States vice president, I don’t take questions from ABC fake news.” It comes as Donald Trump is praised by Kamala Harris, Bill Clinton and other Democrats for the Gaza ceasefire deal he struck. 

This comes just days after the US efficiently negotiated a ceasefire, which led to Hamas releasing the 20 hostages that they had been holding.

He then swiftly moved on and continued the press briefing, seeming ready to hear from other reporters. Social media customers flocked to X to reply to Trump’s harsh dismissal, with one posting: “He meant it.”

Another added: “He calls them out whenever and however.” A 3rd famous, “ABC must feel like that one group chat you never reply to.” However, another identified, “Unbelievably petty and thin-skinned.”

Trump’s explosion at ABC comes just days after he misplaced his composure aboard Air Force One during a 25-minute-long press convention before he traveled to Tel Aviv to supervise the first part of the peace settlement he negotiated between Israel and Hamas.

The commander-in-chief dismissed reporter Dasha Burns from Politico as she tried to ask a sequence of questions, asserting that her employers have been “wrong about everything.”

At one level, when Burns started to query about the increase in tariffs he proposed to 100% on China earlier this week, Trump appeared amused. “Wow, she asks a lot of questions. Who are you with?” he inquired.

The 33 12 months previous journalist recognized herself and clarified that she was working for Politico. Trump retorted: “Dasha Politico, oh, Politico’s gone bad. They’ve been so wrong about everything! No, no, Politico’s been so wrong about everything!”

Burns tried to counter before Trump cut off her questioning by stating: “Let’s get somebody else to ask some questions, you mind? Because Politico is fake news.”

This incident comes a 12 months after ABC agreed to pay $15 million for Trump’s presidential library to settle a lawsuit over reporter George Stephanopoulos’ incorrect on-air assertion that he’d been discovered civilly liable for raping author E. Jean Carroll.

The community expressed in a assertion at the time: “We are pleased that the parties have reached an agreement to dismiss the lawsuit on the terms in the court filing.”

Earlier, attendees assembled in the White House Rose Garden for the Medal of Freedom ceremony to pay tribute to the late Charlie Kirk, who was tragically murdered in September before a gathering. His widow, Erika, was among those current at the event to commemorate the activist and campaigner.

Trump addressed Kirk’s death, which shocked the nation, declaring: “It’s a horrible, heinous, demonic act of murder.”
