Fox News revealed a poll forward of the midterm elections, and it is good news for Republicans despite all the latest infighting within the get together.

During the Wednesday, December 24, episode of the news channel‘s America’s Newsroom, the Congressional approval rankings of each get together, taken from voters of that get together, had been mentioned. The Gallup poll read that 69% of Republicans approve of the get together, while 49% of Democrats approve of their get together.

Fox also confirmed a poll of how Democrats in Congress are handling their jobs. The poll revealed that only 18% approve of how Democrats are handling issues, while 73% disapprove.

The poll revealing that a sizable group of Republicans suppose their get together is heading in the appropriate direction comes amid brutal, public infighting within the get together.

Even Fox News anchor Bret Baier said all of the name-calling amongst common Republicans these days is “not great.” Baier mentioned the direction of the Republican Party during an look on Fox & Friends on December 22.

After weighing in on Nicki Minaj’s praising of President Donald Trump at Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest convention, the 55-year-old host of Special Report said the get together is experiencing a “significant moment” where “authenticity” is key to successful over more people.

However, he also criticized Republicans’ latest infighting, particularly at the annual event. The TV host said, “I think it’s a significant moment, I really do because-especially with young people, authenticity is the king of the realm.”

He continued, “If you’re authentic, and I heard you guys talk about this earlier this morning, and Lauren said if you’re going to make a conversion, a genuine conversion to a different way of thinking, I think that that really translates and it gets a lot of attention, especially with this particular group.”

Baier added, “And listen, this group is powerful as far as its numbers. It’s growing. And I think that young people in this movement could have or move the needle when it comes to not only the midterms, but 2028.”

Fox & Friends’ Brian Kilmeade then requested Baier, “How big of a deal is it that Steve Bannon and Ben Shapiro are brawling and other people are brawling on the right on stage? Do you think that’s a problem?”

The anchor replied, “Well, I think it is. It fractures what usually is unified over different elements. But you saw JD Vance try to mend that and to talk to both, all sides, and say, ‘We have bigger things to do than fight among ourselves.’

“Yeah, I do not suppose it is great, but like Democrats have a break up between Democratic Socialists and more moderates, there are different elements of the get together and particularly in this conservative motion, that have battles over particular issues.”

Baier concluded, “I feel at the end of the day, it is most likely going to come together, but JD Vance is attempting to sew that all together before what seems to be a run in ’28.”

Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest spotlighted the rift going on between some conservatives, which has come about since Charlie Kirk’s assassination in September.

Throughout the four-day conference, some speakers slammed one another on stage. Podcaster and prominent right-wing personality Ben Shapiro slammed fellow Republicans Tucker Carlson, Steve Bannon, and Megyn Kelly. He accused them of being “frauds and grifters” and of entertaining far-right conspiracy theories following Kirk’s killing.

“The conservative motion is in hazard from charlatans who declare to communicate in the title of precept but really site visitors in conspiracism and dishonesty,” Shapiro said Thursday night. He referred to Bannon as “a PR flack for Jeffrey Epstein.”

Meanwhile, Bannon, in his remarks at the event, compared Shapiro to “a cancer” on the conservative movement. “Ben Shapiro is like a cancer, and that cancer spreads,” Bannon said. “Mark my phrase, he’ll make a transfer on Turning Point, because he is always been envious of Charlie Kirk.”

However, Vance, who addressed the conference on Sunday, its final day, took a more positive route. He attempted to seal the cracks forming in his party by telling attendees that the conservative movement would welcome anyone who “loves America.”

“We have far more important work to do than canceling each other,” Vance said. “Charlie invited all of us right here for a motive, because he believed that each of us, all of us, had one thing price saying, and he trusted all of you to make your own judgment.”
