Sean Hannity confronted widespread criticism Tuesday after failing to question Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick’s assertions about a Supreme Court tariff case during a Fox News interview.

The backlash erupted following Lutnick’s look on Hannity‘s program, where the Commerce Secretary expressed confidence about the result of a major tariff case before the Supreme Court.
