France Stabs America in the Back With

What’s the only gear a French car has? Reverse. 

That’s an outdated joke that I keep in mind an uncle telling a few years in the past, and it is evergreen. Amid the rise of Islamist affect across the world, particularly in Western nations, France has determined to do what it does best: Preemptively give up.

French President Emmanuel Macron introduced on Thursday that he and his nation will formally acknowledge a “Palestinian State,” rewarding the murderous terrorists who still control Gaza and the West Bank. That will formally happen at the UN General Assembly, set to occur in September. Hamas was fast to take benefit, thanking Macron and stating that this new “state” will embody all of Israel with Jerusalem as its capital.

In an attempt to cover his own backside, Macron ended his statement by saying that Hamas must be “demilitarized” and that this new “Palestinian State” should fully recognize the sovereignty of Israel. Expectedly, he doesn’t bother to explain how he plans to accomplish any of that, nor does he hinge his recognition of said “Palestinian state” on those issues being agreed to. They are just idle phrases from a weak man who leads a weak nation that is more than joyful to wither away at the palms of Islamists, both domestically and overseas. 

On Friday, the information received worse, though. According to President Donald Trump, Hamas immediately pulled out of negotiations in the aftermath of Macron’s pledge.

In different phrases, Macron just doomed what hostages stay alive in Gaza to virtually sure death by giving Hamas this lifeline. Why would the terrorist group negotiate when they know the Eurotrash are going to give them what they need anyway? All the while, this represents one other stab in the back from America’s supposed European “allies.” 

Trump was working to get a deal finished, and the French nuked those efforts for nothing more than backslaps from terror-supporting governments at the UN. It’s pathetic, and it is getting actually outdated. America pays for most of Europe’s protection. We have a GDP per capita that practically doubles that of the Europeans. Our financial may is the only motive they’ll considerably keep their socialist welfare states, and this is the thanks we get. 

Israel has already scoffed at the ploy, as has Trump, who known as the transfer irrelevant. U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee went so far as to joke that France did not say where this supposed “Palestinian state” can be, suggesting it ought to be in France. Good. Make enjoyable of them because the French aren’t good for something but comedic fodder.
