After becoming a member of the channel in 2022 as a producer on Dan Wooton Tonight, Ben Leo then grew to become a beloved presenter with on-screen roles and offered commentary on current affairs on his night show, Ben Leo Tonight. 

However, on Monday (August 19), the 35-year-old took to X, previously Twitter, and declared: “I’m leaving.” Alongside an emoji of the American flag, he explained: “Next month I’ll be moving to Washington DC to join [Beverly Turner] and host GB News’ new US show. I’ll also be reporting and investigating stories all over America.” Ben added: “This week will be my last presenting Ben Leo Tonight in the UK.”
