A traumatized 6-year-old Florida lady claimed she was repeatedly inappropriately assaulted by another pupil at her ultra-expensive personal Christian school – but the luxury academy kicked her out and slapped the teen’s family with a ruthless lawsuit.

The swimsuit, filed in March, claimed the alleged abuse by another pupil left the younger sufferer with recurring urinary tract infections, grueling complications and abdomen aches, and unwilling to attend $14,000-a-year school.

“[My wife] was going to doctor appointments every week for almost a year – we kept trying to figure out what it was, like, let’s try a new medicine,” the lady’s involved father told The Post.
“They’d say there’s nothing wrong, send her home. A week later, she’s like, ‘It hurts again.’ We thought she had cancer or a brain tumor.”
When the lady ultimately told her dad and mom about what was inflicting the infections, her distressed dad and mom introduced their considerations to the school in November.
The next month, their daughter was expelled, and the family was hit with a countersuit in May.

The ritzy school accused the lady’s dad and mom of weaponizing “false and misleading” claims, wildly arguing that any inappropriate contact between the scholars was “only accidental” and that the accused little one “lacks the developmental capacity to inappropriately molest.”
The school additional claimed the sufferer’s dad and mom had been guilty of neglect, stressing they failed to educate her correct hygiene and rest room habits, which prompted the kid’s persistent urinary tract infections, according to the swimsuit.

“She’s clinging to me for dear life for everything. If I try to take her to dance class, she can’t go,” the lady’s anguished mother said, noting that the rattled little one is now in therapy.
“She’s just really learning a lot of tools in therapy that are really helping her to get back to a good place, where she can do all the things she really enjoys.”
Creation Village World School didn’t immediately reply to The Post’s request for remark.
The trial is set for March 27, 2028.
