Miami is closing in on a commerce to ship Butler to the Warriors in exchange for Andrew Wiggins, Dennis Schroder, Kyle Anderson and a protected first-round draft choose, ESPN’s Shams Charania first reported.
Charania added that Lindy Waters III of the Warriors and the Heat’s Josh Richardson are each heading to the Pistons within the swap.
Butler has agreed to a new two-year, $121 million extension with Golden State via 2026-27, per ESPN.
