Helen Flanagan has been handed a six-month driving ban after her vehicle was caught dashing on two separate events within 16 days.

The ex-Coronation Street actress, aged 34, appeared at Wirral Magistrates’ Court along with her accomplice and confronted fees for not offering info to determine the motive force of her Audi Q7 when it was snapped dashing on July 10 and July 26 round Liverpool.

The mom of three, accompanied by her boyfriend Robbie Talbot, arrived at court docket trying stylish in a black outfit, her blonde hair flowing freely, and clutching a designer purse, with Robbie by her aspect.

I’m actually confused, I don’t perceive. But my boyfriend has received paperwork which exhibits that he responded.”

JP Derek Aspinwall reminded her that being busy is common, yet she insisted on her stance.

She further explained to the court: “I can’t bear in mind. My dad was actually cross. We have been sorting this out. I received my boyfriend to type it out. It’s not my fault. I stated ‘you need to type it out’.

“Maybe I have missed some paperwork, I do not know. I have not actually done anything wrong. I have not done anything. My life would be unbelievably difficult without a driving licence. I do everything right. I have got three kids.”

Robbie informed the justices: “I responded on Helen’s behalf. She signed all the paperwork. I showed her what I was saying and she signed it. I have got it here. I have got the correspondence that we sent. It was Helen that replied – I looked over it and she signed all the documents.

“I’ve responded on all three events. I’ve received proof of that. I’ve responded in each method now we have potential. We spoke to a few totally different colleagues on three totally different events and we responded promptly.”

The prosecution remarked that they had yet to receive any documents, while Helen was cautioned that she could be looking at a driving disqualification, with each offence incurring six penalty points. Mr Aspinwall warned her: “It was your duty to get back to the chief constable. On the subsequent event, it’s for a sentence. On that date you can be shedding your driving licence.”
