Hell Freezes Over As Media Reveals Remarkable

There have been positively some loopy moments at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner on Saturday when a gunman tried to shoot his manner into the event, but was stopped. 

The gunman, Cole Allen, allegedly told authorities he was making an attempt to goal Trump administration officers. There have been a lot there, including a number of Cabinet members, in addition to the president himself. The only particular person who was hit was reportedly a Secret Service agent, who was hit in the vest, but has now been launched from the hospital.

It was a horrible second.

In response, there have been some stunning moments where the media, which is so often attacking Trump, appeared to acknowledge what a exceptional particular person he could be. 

Here’s Weijia Jiang, CBS White House correspondent and the President of the White House Correspondents Association, who had been sitting next to Trump when it occurred, recognizing and appreciating Trump’s strength to maintain a briefing half-hour later and say they’d maintain the dinner again within 30 days. People applauded.

In that briefing, Trump reassured everybody and called on people to recommit themselves to settling variations peacefully.

What was Trump pondering in the wake of this? He was involved about whether or not everybody was secure, even those who had so often written negatively about him, like ABC’s Jon Karl. Trump called him to ask if he was alright.

“He was calling to see if I used to be okay with what occurred last evening…he reiterated many of the issues he said in his press convention last evening, emphasizing the unity he felt in that second…and he was fairly firm about this: ‘That dinner must be rescheduled.'”

Now that’s a fairly unimaginable gesture, displaying what variety of man Trump is. A far better man than many who assault him. They’ve tried to demonize him, but this is who he’s, and we have seen it before, in so many methods, such as with his care for the Angel mothers. 

That wasn’t all. Even after the capturing, with all the things going on Saturday evening, Trump called presidential envoy Ric Grenell to see how he was doing because his mom had died on Wednesday. 

The President of the United States was just the goal of another murderer attempt tonight…but he called me just now to examine in to see how I used to be doing because my mother died on Wednesday.

That’s so variety, particularly with all that was taking place. 

Will this change the media at all? I’d like to hope it could, but I would not wager on it because they’re who they’re. 

But they finally had to acknowledge it, at least in that second.
