The Department of Homeland Security is still wanting into the incident on Friday at the ICE detention middle in Newark, New Jersey where they are saying three House Democrats had been concerned in attempting to “storm” the power. 

DHS mentioned in a assertion after the incident Friday, “These members of Congress storming into a detention facility goes beyond bizarre political stunt and puts the safety of our law enforcement agents and the detainees at risk.”

Democrats declare they did not assault anybody and did not storm the power.

But there are already actions brewing to make them face some repercussions. 

On Tuesday, Rep. Buddy Carter (R-GA) launched a decision to take away New Jersey Reps. Robert Menendez, Bonnie Watson Coleman, and LaMonica McIver of their committee assignments.

“The radical left has lost their minds – they would rather raid an ICE facility to defend criminal illegal immigrants than represent their own constituents,” Carter advised Fox News Digital of his laws.

“This behavior constitutes an assault on our brave ICE agents and undermines the rule of law. The three members involved in this stunt do not deserve to sit on committees alongside serious lawmakers.”

His laws would take away Watson Coleman from the House Appropriations Committee, take away Menendez from the House Energy & Commerce Committee, and take away McIver from the House committees on Small Business and Homeland Security.

We’ll have to see how a lot help the decision could have. Republicans need to begin taking more motion on such issues.

If these reps. broke the law, they need to be held accountable.
