In-N-Out to open new location in Utah near Zion…
California’s favourite burger export is planting a flag at the gates of the wilderness.
In-N-Out Burger is formally heading to St. George, Utah — the sun-drenched “gateway” city that serves as a major pitstop for thousands and thousands of vacationers trekking to Zion National Park.
For the burger-obsessed legions of West Coast vacationers, the news is better than a secret-menu 4×4.

The new outpost, located proper off Interstate 15 and slotted to open this month, isn’t just another fast-food joint; it’s a strategic masterstroke.
St. George is a extremely visited vacation spot in Utah, and for the almost 5 million people who flocked to Zion last 12 months alone, according to National Park Service data, it may be the last style of civilization before the purple rocks take over.
The location at 4643 S. Pioneer Road, just over the Nevada/Utah state line, will likely be “the first In-N-Out drivers will see when entering en route to Zion,” SFGate reported.
For the huge inflow of California and Las Vegas vacationers — who make up Zion’s largest customer base —the Double-Double is virtually a required journey doc.
The transfer comes as In-N-Out continues its aggressive march across the West — and now, the East Coast, too — proving that even as the company celebrates 77 years, it hasn’t misplaced its urge for food for prime real estate.

The St. George location — not the first in the world, but definitely the most strategic — is reportedly positioned to seize more than half of Utah vacationers who navigate the state’s “Mighty 5” national parks by car.
But the chain isn’t stopping at the Utah border.

Just south in Nevada, In-N-Out is nearing completion on its most bold project to date: a huge, three-story flagship high above the Las Vegas Strip.
The location, on the rooftop of the buzzy BLVD Las Vegas development, alerts that the model is prepared to commerce its humble drive-thru only roots for a slice of the high-stakes tourism pie.
That store, said to be the biggest in the chain at over 10,000 sq. toes, is predicted to debut someday in 2026.
For homesick Californians, budget-conscious vacationers — or anybody stumbling out of a membership at 2 a.m. — In-N-Out’s latest Strip outpost guarantees one thing more and more uncommon in Sin City: a low cost chew.
In addition to the new Vegas and St. George places, the family-operated burger business has also not too long ago announced more new spots slated to open in Tennessee, Arizona, and Washington.
