There was a scary second in Iowa Saturday when a faculty soccer participant was carted off the sector after collapsing
Iowa State tight end Benjamin Brahmer was carted off the sector after he fell to the turf while making an attempt to stroll off after a deal with.
With the Cyclones trailing 24-19 in the fourth quarter, Brahmer was hit arduous by Arizona State’s Keith Abney II on a ball thrown to him.
Brahmer clearly felt the brunt of the hit from the leap, and it took him a few seconds to get up.
Training employees entered the sector to help, but Brahmer started strolling off the sector toward his sideline.
But it only took a few seconds for Brahmer to lose his stability and fall. Brahmer then lay on the enjoying floor before being carted off.
Head coach Matt Campbell said Brahmer was hospitalized for “precautionary” causes, but his outlook is sweet.
“So far, the feedback we’ve gotten has been positive. … It was tough to watch, and Ben is as tough as they come,” Campbell said, via KCCI.

Iowa State quarterback Rocco Becht added, “We’re just happy that guy is all right. He’s conscious, and we’ll miss that guy. He’ll be back better than ever.”
Brahmer had caught a landing earlier in the sport.
The broadcast said he was alert while leaving the sector.

The Sun Devils received the sport, led by quarterback Jeff Sims, but not essentially through the air.
Sims set an Arizona State quarterback speeding report with 228 yards, completed with 405 yards of complete offense, and he had a hand in three touchdowns.
Sims set a report when he broke an 88-yard landing run in the third quarter to put the Sun Devils (6-3, 4-2 Big 12) up 24-16.

Mark Malone set the earlier report in 1978 when he ran for 178 yards against Southern California.
The Cyclones (5-4, 2-4) misplaced their fourth straight sport when they have been stopped a yard short at the ASU 20 on fourth-and-6 with 16 seconds left.
