In 2023, ITV viewers have been thrilled when the favored recreation show Deal or No Deal returned to screens after it ended back in 2016. Since then, followers have seen peculiar people win huge sums of money as they tackle the mysterious banker.
However, it seems as if there’s going to be a record-breaking quantity given to one individual subsequent week. Appearing on Tuesday’s instalment of This Morning, host Stephen Mulhern spoke to hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley on what to count on.
Speaking concerning the show, he stated: “It’s going so strong. There is a massive win (coming up). It’s the start of next week. Let me tell you, it’s Monday. Don’t miss next Monday’s show.
“It’s the most important win but. When I say it is huge, it’s as a result of the jackpot has come to the desk so many instances, however no person has had the center to actually go on.”
He teased that could be about to change next week as he told ITV viewers to make sure they tune into the epsiode. Stephen added: “I promise you, do not miss it!”
Ben asked whether or not the banker was thrilled with the high amount being won, with Stephen agreeing.
He continued: “The banker is fuming! On that day, he was raging. I believe at one level, I maintain the telephone away and you may hear him actually going to city!”
As a gameshow host himself, Ben highlighted how special it is meeting contestants who win money and knowing it’ll change their lives. Stephen agreed as he detailed one particular player which stood out for him.
He commented: “We had a participant referred to as Paula and she or he was from Liverpool. Everytime I inform this story, I get goosebumps by it.
“I always read about the contestants, sadly, her son passed away very early. Some thugs had burnt the gravestone and some other gravestones. She was offered £6,000, but she had an amazing board with loads of money on.
“She turned to her associate and requested what he thought and he stated, ‘Well you have acquired to play on’. The board was wonderful.
“You know what, she delt because that’s all she wanted to do was just sort out her kid’s gravestone. It shows you, that’s what the money means, it’s not always about the big jackpot, it’s what you come for.”
Elsewhere within the show, the presenters requested if Stephen secretly knew the identification of the banker.
Stephen confessed he stays as at nighttime as viewers, though confirmed it is a man’s voice on the telephone.
However, he did reveal: “Apparently, he lurks around in the hotel to listen to what the contestants are talking about! He’s spying on them.”
