Jimmy Kimmel sidekick Guillermo joins Dancing With | TV Shows

A fourth movie star has formally been confirmed for the Dancing With the Stars season 35 forged, and he’s already being warned not to let the show have an effect on him.

Guillermo Rodriguez, 55, who serves as Jimmy Kimmel’s onscreen sidekick on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Has been confirmed to be becoming a member of the ABC dance competitors collection this fall, with Kimmel himself saying the news during the Wednesday, June 17 episode of the late-night show.

Sharing the casting news with his viewers, Kimmel cracked jokes while teasing Guillermo about his new gig.

As he teased him, he also issued him a warning about one thing he wasn’t allowed to do as he danced and carried out in the ballroom.

“This September, Guillermo will become the first-ever parking lot security guard to dance with the stars,” Kimmel said. “Don’t lose a single adorable pound!”

Rodriguez quipped back that if he misplaced 5 kilos, he would “gain 10 right back,” and also expressed he was prepared to take on the problem of competing on the show.

“I’m very excited, I’m very happy,” he said, after becoming a member of Kimmel on stage while carrying blue costume pants and a shiny mild blue shirt with inexperienced, blue, and pink ruffled sleeves.

Rodriguez has been working on the comic’s show for 23 years, beginning off as a security guard before his chemistry with Kimmel, 58, blossomed into an on-air position as a sidekick and red-carpet interviewer.

He turns into the fourth movie star–and so far the oldest–to have been confirmed for the show’s upcoming season.

The full forged is predicted to be announced on September 2 on Good Morning America.
