Over the weekend, video surfaced displaying former two-division UFC champion Jon Jones confronting a man in a car parking zone during a road-rage incident in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The other driver, Bryan Beltran, posted the video to Instagram offering his aspect of the story, accusing Jones of practically hitting his vehicle “3 times.” Beltran flipped Jones off before he realized it was the previous mild heavyweight and heavyweight UFC champion.
“I know it’s John Jones i didn’t know who it was when i flipped him off but definitely realized who it was quick,” Beltran wrote in his description of the incident. In the video, Jones will get out of his vehicle to confront Beltran. He casually walked over and said, ”You gotta calm down, bro. You gotta chill out your self, bro.” Jones flipped Beltran off before calming strolling away.

Jones launched a assertion via social media following the video going viral. He accused Beltran of “trying to intimidate'” him by frequently revving his engine and that the was merely standing up for himself.
“This kid proceeded to chase my car down for two blocks, revving his engine and trying to intimidate me. I am glad this happened to me and not one of the senior citizens in our community. I am proud of myself for standing up for myself and not allowing that kind of bullying or intimidation,” Jones wrote on X.
