Anthony Joshua has issued a clear message after claiming a victory over Jake Paul in Miami, Florida on Friday night time. Joshua delivered a knockout to Paul in the sixth spherical, which left the YouTuber-turned-boxer with a damaged jaw.

Joshua had not entered the ring for 15 months before taking on Paul in the struggle, which was broadcast live on Netflix in the early hours of Saturday morning UK time. The 36-year-old’s last struggle was a defeat to Daniel Dubois in September last yr, and he returned to successful methods with a victory over Paul.

Hours after claiming a win over Paul, Joshua took to social media to issue a clear message as he soaked up the victory.

On Instagram, Joshua posted a video which confirmed him celebrating the win over Paul, which obtained more than 800,000 likes. Joshua included a three-word caption which read: “Netflix and Chill”, which he posted to his 16.7million followers.

After beating Paul in the ring, Joshua issued a chilling message which noticed the Olympic Gold medalist call out Tyson Fury for a rematch in the future.

“First of all, I want to give love to the crowd that came out. I really do appreciate everyone in this venue,” Joshua said. “Look, it was not the best performance. It was not the best. The end goal was to get Jake Paul… pin him down and hurt him.

“That has been the request main up and that was on my thoughts. It took a little longer than anticipated, but the fitting hand finally discovered the vacation spot. Now, Jake Paul… he has carried out very well tonight. I need to give him his props. He bought up. Time and time again.

“It was difficult in there for him, but he kept on trying to find a way. It takes a real man to do that. Anyone who laces up those gloves, we always say we give them their respect. We have to give Jake his respect for trying and trying and trying. Well done.

“But… he got here up against a real fighter tonight that’s had a 15-month lay-off. We shook off the cobwebs and I can not wait to roll into 2026.

“And if Tyson Fury is as serious as he thinks he is, and he wants to put down his Twitter fingers and put on some gloves and come out and fight one of the realest fighters that will take on any challenge.

“Step in the ring with me next if you’re a real unhealthy boy. Don’t do all of that speaking ‘AJ this, AJ that.’ Let’s see you in the ring and speak with your fists.”
