Former Countryfile star Julia Bradbury has made a very unhappy admission after opening up about her health. While talking about getting her head around issues that go incorrect in life, she confessed: “Bad stuff is going to happen to all of us.”

Whether it is really bad stuff or just something that happens at work that upsets you emotionally, it happens to everybody. Life is fundamentally challenging. And in order to be mentally resilient, you have to accept that that is life.” The update comes just days after Julia shared how having cancer back in 2021 “forced her to change”.

Reflecting on her cancer diagnosis, the mother-of-three said: “It halted me in my tracks. It compelled me to ask, Am I dwelling in a approach that helps my health bodily, mentally, emotionally?'”
