New particulars have emerged surrounding Kiefer Sutherland’s stunning arrest earlier this month.

The “24” star, 59, allegedly punched an Uber driver a number of instances and tried to choke him in Los Angeles on Jan. 12, law enforcement sources told ABC News on Sunday while citing allegations from the motive force.

However, the outlet also reported that the rideshare driver didn’t endure any accidents that required medical treatment in connection with the shocking incident.

According to the law enforcement sources, the motive force told police that he fled the vehicle to get away from Sutherland.

Those at the scene also reportedly alleged that Sutherland appeared to be under the affect during the violent altercation, and that the Uber driver called 911 while trying to run away from the “Rabbit Hole” star, per ABC News.

The driver had a sprint cam-type digicam in his car that could have captured some of the alleged incident, sources told the outlet

Although Sutherland has not been charged in connection with the suspected incident, the LA County District Attorney’s Office reportedly told ABC News that the “Designated Survivor” actor may very well be charged next month following a scheduled court look.

A radio call concerning the incident, meanwhile, was said to be for an alleged assault involving a rideshare driver close to the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Fairfax Avenue.

Sutherland was in the end arrested on suspicion of felony legal threats and, according to jail data, posted a $50,000 bond and is due in court on Feb. 2.

The new particulars surrounding Sutherland’s arrest come following experiences that the actor allegedly threatened to “kill” the rideshare driver because he refused to pull over and let him out of the car earlier this month.

Sutherland had been arrested in LA on Jan. 12 following the suspected altercation with the rideshare driver, the LAPD confirmed to Page Six on Jan. 13.

GWN beforehand reported that the incident started because the Uber driver allegedly refused to pull over and let Sutherland out of the car.

The actor reportedly called an Uber Black to head home after dinner with a pal, but then needed the motive force to pull over and let him out at some level during the trip, per the outlet.

Sutherland reportedly told cops that he requested twice, but that the motive force refused his request both instances.

The driver, meanwhile, alleged that Sutherland threatened to kill him and assaulted him with his fingers before he called 911, according to the outlet.

Law enforcement sources went on to inform GWN that it was attainable Sutherland and the motive force had hassle understanding one another, as the motive force later requested a translator when talking to the LAPD after the incident.

The LAPD confirmed to Page Six that officers responded to a call early Monday concerning an alleged assault involving a rideshare driver close to Sunset Boulevard and Fairfax Avenue in Hollywood.

The LAPD, which later recognized the suspect as Sutherland, alleged the actor “entered a rideshare vehicle, physically assaulted the driver (the victim), and made criminal threats toward the victim.”
