Kristi Noem has hit back at the makers of South Park after being depicted as a puppy-killing character with a dissolving face.

During Wednesday evening’s episode of the new season, the Homeland Security Secretary confronted savage ridicule in animated type from creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone.
