Mamdani Gets Flame-Broiled for His Heat Wave

Ah, so this is what he meant by the “warmth of collectivism.”

New York City Mayor Zohran Kwame Mamdani (Communist) set social media ablaze on Wednesday after offering New Yorkers advice on how to cope with a harmful, record-breaking heat wave.

The Little Commie that Could stoked residents by urging them to set their air conditioners no decrease than 78 levels, flip off unused lights and electronics, and ease demand on the strained energy grid “together.”

“It’s hot out there, and the power grid is working overtime to keep us cool,” he wrote on X. “Set your AC to 78 degrees, turn off lights/electronics you’re not using, and unplug what you can.”

“Our City is doing its part too: maintaining the 78 degrees rule in our buildings, dimming/turning off our lights during peak electricity demand, asking private partners to do the same, and powering down non-essential equipment.”

78? Ya would possibly as effectively just exit and sit in the solar. Or just go away your doorways open and let the heat come a-strollin’ on in.

The perpetually grinning, empty-headed mayor added, “A stable grid means the AC stays on, and lives are saved. Let’s ease demand — and get through the heat — together.

The ‘City that Never Sleeps’ is enduring a historic and harmful heat wave. Temperatures are forecast to attain 100 levels Fahrenheit or increased on Thursday and Friday. Heat indices are anticipated to climb to 110–115 levels due to high humidity.

And Mamdani’s resolution is for everybody to set their ACs to a balmy 78 levels and push his socialist fever dream.
