Mamdani Hears About It After Disgustingly Making | Political News
NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani is one of the most singularly targeted Democrat politicians I’ve seen in a long time. He often will flip something, any unrelated news event, any public look, into a dialogue about the so-called “Palestinian cause,” and how Israel and, via extension, America, is allegedly committing “genocide” against the Hamas (and Hezbollah) terrorists who actually need to wipe the Jewish people and their western allies off the map.
We noticed this, for occasion, the weekend of March seventh and eighth, when Mamdani’s first phrases about the tried terrorist assault by two grownup teenagers – who the DOJ said had been impressed by ISIS – on anti-Mamdani demonstrators that weekend at Gracie Mansion, had been to condemn… Islamophobia.
“This was a vile protest rooted in white supremacy entitled ‘Stop the Islamic takeover of New York City,” Mamdani proclaimed. “I’m the first Muslim mayor of our city. Anti-Muslim bigotry is nothing new to me, nor is it anything new to the roughly one million New Yorkers who know this city as our home,” he went on to say while merely giving a passing reference to the assault itself, where IEDs had been thrown.

Tuesday was St. Patrick’s Day. What did Mamdani do? He promptly made it about alleged Gaza “genocide,” while praising Ireland’s former president, Mary Robinson, who seems to share the Big Apple mayor’s views on the subject:
Mayor Zohran Mamdani on Tuesday in contrast the plight of the Irish to the “genocide” in Palestine — as he used a St. Patrick’s Day celebration to rip the “deafening silence from so many” on the Israel-Hamas struggle.
The Democratic socialist dropped the Gaza-related remarks as he hosted Ireland’s former President Mary Robinson for breakfast at Gracie Mansion to kickstart the Big Apple’s annual St. Patrick’s Day festivities.
[…]
Hizzoner went on to laud Robinson, who was the first feminine president to lead Ireland in the ’90s, for her human rights report and historical past of standing with the Palestinian people.
“I say this as over the past few years, as we’ve witnessed a genocide unfold before our eyes, there has been deafening silence from so many,” he said.
“For those who have long cared about universal human rights and the extension of them to Palestinians, silence, however, is nothing new, for Palestinians are so often left to weep alone. Yet, former President Robinson has never been silent.”

Needless to say, his remarks didn’t go over nicely.
“70% of New York Jews didn’t vote for Zohran Mamdani. Now the rest of the city is living with a mayor who turns every holiday into a platform for attacking the Jewish state in the city with the largest Jewish community outside Israel,” writer/Substacker Samantha Ettus identified.

“New Yorkers are left wondering—what does any of this have to do with St. Patrick’s Day?” another X consumer questioned:

NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani turned what ought to’ve been a celebration into a full-blown activist rally.

Rabbi Elchanan Poupko was also not amused:
“Resistance” is the same phrase he and his associates use for the monstrous child kidnappers and child killers of Gaza who carried out the atrocities of October seventh.
Mamdani owes [an apology] to both the Irish and Jewish group of New York.
@ZohranOkMamdani‘s cynical use of Saint Patrick’s Day and the Irish American group to invoke “resistance” is shameful.

Mayor Mamdani’s repeated use of the “genocide” accusation against Israel is just not just improper – it’s harmful. It distorts actuality and fuels antisemitism at a second when Jews are already under risk.⁰⁰Leaders who declare to stand for human rights shouldn’t use rhetoric that places…

“Leave it to the New York City mayor to turn St. Patrick’s Day into an antisemitic attack,” Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) noticed. “This guy is a disgrace.”
That’s an understatement if I ever heard one.
Editor’s Note: New York City is now dealing with the results of pro-Hamas Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s socialist takeover.
