Former NFL defensive end and sportscaster Marcellus Wiley allegedly threatened to kill his spouse Annemarie and acquired bodily with her in entrance of their 7-year-old daughter before his home violence arrest Saturday in Orlando, Fla., according to the arrest affidavit.
Annemarie, who appeared as a full-time solid member on Season 13 of Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” called police to report a battery after an alleged altercation in a lodge room at World Marriott.
The pair’s three kids, along with other children, all of whom had been at the lodge to attend a basketball match, had been in the room when police arrived, per the affidavit.

Police said in the arrest affidavit that Annemarie told them she needed her husband eliminated from their room because she was afraid of him after he threatened her life — and that she’s planning on divorcing him.
Annamarie claimed that on Friday morning the previous Pro Bowler stood over her and “used one finger to sternly and intentionally poke her in the cheek” in entrance of their 7-year-old daughter.
She alleged that Wiley has an unreported historical past of violence toward her in the past.

Marcellus told police that he and his spouse didn’t have a bodily altercation in the lodge — and that he’s never gotten bodily with her spouse.
He said he was in the lodge room taking care of the kids, and confirmed police cordial textual content messages between he and his spouse.
Wiley was beforehand accused of inappropriate assault by 4 girls, according to a story revealed by Rolling Stone in May.

The former broadcaster with ESPN and Fox Sports denied the allegations in an episode of his self-titled podcast, and claimed he had evidence to show “alleged misrepresentations.”
He was beforehand sued by three people for allegedly raping them while at Columbia.
