Marco Rubio Just Made the Anti-Trump Ballroom

The Department of Justice (DOJ) filed an emergency appeal with the U.S. Supreme Court on Friday asking it to overturn a decrease court ruling that halted construction on the new White House ballroom. 

In the submitting, U.S. Solicitor General John Sauer argued that it was crucial that the project – which incorporates an underground army advanced and a drone port – be allowed to transfer ahead because of elevated national security threats and “a growing number of recent assassination attempts” against President Trump.

“President Trump has been the target of a growing number of recent assassination attempts,” the solicitor common wrote in his appeal, citing the July 8 “threat of a missile attack against Air Force One” and other beforehand reported incidents. 

As CrimsonState reported Tuesday, President Trump was pressured to change planes at the last minute as he departed the July NATO summit in Turkey after a credible assassination menace from Iran was acquired.

Due to the scenario in Iran, not to point out the frequent home threats against the president, there’s clearly an elevated urgency to get the East Wing constructed as rapidly as attainable. 

Secretary of State Marco Rubio echoed that sentiment, noting that he is repeatedly hosted abroad in stunning amenities with spectacular security measures, while, right here in America, “we must currently host such visits in plastic or canvas tents on the South Lawn with unsafe and unsanitary portable bathrooms and accommodations unbecoming of our national stature.”

He asserted that finishing the project is “essential” to a “defensive security posture.”

Secretary of State Marco Rubio: “In my work with heads of state and foreign ministers, I am frequently hosted in reception facilities that are visually impressive and reflective of the wealth and beauty of the nations I am visiting. In the United States, by contrast, we currently lack the ability to hold large events of a similar magnitude on White House grounds for those same heads of state and foreign dignitaries. Instead, we must currently host such visits in plastic or canvas tents on the South Lawn with unsafe and unsanitary portable bathrooms and accommodations unbecoming of our national stature…Our foreign counterparts offer premier security arrangements for United States officials. It is imperative that we not only offer the same level of elite security services, but offer the world’s leading capabilities in an efficient manner on grounds over which we exert permanent control…We must obviously seek every reasonable means to mitigate both the more predictable risks, including weather and physical incursions, but also emerging threats…The East Wing Project is essential to that defensive security posture. The Project is absolutely critical not only for the physical safety of guests, but also for advancing our diplomatic relations and the interests and standing of the United States in the world.”

Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Dan Caine obtained proper to the level, saying “there is a valid military requirement for a secure, state-of-the-art facility that provides for the physical protection of the President.”

Dan Caine, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff: “I declare there is a valid military requirement for a secure, state-of-the-art facility that provides for the physical protection of the President and the command, control, and communication capabilities necessary for the President to carry out his Commander-in-Chief responsibilities over the United States Armed Forces anywhere across the globe at any time.”

Attempts by politically motivated left-wing teams to stop this project are no longer just about blocking one thing that has Donald Trump’s title connected to it. They try to derail construction of a facility the nation’s top army officer says is important to defend the president, even as DOJ factors to a growing quantity of assassination makes an attempt and threats against him. That is a breathtaking degree of recklessness. 

When your TDS is so dangerous that you combat the security measures supposed to keep the current and future presidents alive, it is time to rethink every dangerous life selection you ever made.
