Mark Wahlberg buys home in billionaires row west of Delray Beach | Latest Lifestyle News
Actor and producer Mark Wahlberg may be leaving Las Vegas after purchasing a $37 million home in the tony Stone Creek Ranch enclave west of Delray Beach.
Wahlberg, who moved to Las Vegas from California in 2022, closed on the seven-bedroom estate on Oct. 14, joining the affluent denizens of the community dubbed “billionaires row.”
Compass agent Michael Costello, who represented the buyer, declined to comment on details of the sale but did say Stone Creek Ranch’s large 2.5- to 3-acre lots and 24-hour security are attractive to high profile buyers.
There are also just 37 properties in the 187-acre community.
“It’s a super private, very exclusive, high-security community,” Costello said. “It’s really one of the only options without paying $150 million to $200 million for something on Palm Beach so that’s why people gravitate there.”
Billionaire hedge fund manager and New York Mets owner Steve Cohen owns a home in Stone Creek Ranch. Celebrity shoppers who have perused Stone Creek Ranch estates recently include singer-songwriter Alicia Keys and 2021 Super Bowl halftime performer The Weeknd, whose real name is Abel Makkonen Tesfaye.
This home on Rockybrook Way sold on Oct. 14, 2025 for $37 million. The buyer was actor and producer Mark Wahlberg.

No deed had been filed in county records as of Oct. 15 for the Stone Creek Ranch transaction, but the property is listed as having sold the day before in the multiple listing service. The Palm Beach Post confirmed the buyer was Wahlberg.
Mark Wahlbergs connections to Palm Beach County
Wahlberg, 54, is no stranger to Palm Beach County.
In 2023, he served drinks at Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar in Delray Beach to help raise money for the World Central Kitchen, which was on site in Maui at the time helping victims of the wildfires.
Two years earlier, Wahlberg worked out at F45 Training in Jupiter. Wahlberg is an investor and brand ambassador for F45 Training, which closed its Jupiter location but has a site in Palm Beach Gardens.
Also, Wahlberg’s brother, Jim Wahlberg, is co-owner of the Riviera Beach company K12Print and lives in Broward County.

In 2024, The Mark Wahlberg Youth Foundation, in conjunction with K12Print, donated a new passenger van worth $77,000 to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County.
Wahlberg began his career as a singer with New Kids on the Block and Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch. He has gone on to star in movies like “The Departed,” “The Fighter,” “Lone Survivor,” “Father Stu” and “Transformers,” as well as comedies including “Ted,” “Ted 2” and “Daddy’s Home.”

The 18,000-square-foot home Wahlberg purchased in Stone Creek Ranch was listed by Douglas Elliman agent Senada Adzem. Called Palazzo di Lago, the house was “inspired by the tranquil glamour of Lake Como and infused with the seductive allure of James Bond’s ‘Casino Royale’,” according to Adzem’s website.
Although it was built in 2017, the house was redesigned by Aldo Stark of Prestige Design Homes and originally listed for sale in March for $45 million.
Stark, who also designed Villa Spectre, at 16161 Quiet Vista Circle, and Casa Maranello, at 16171 Quiet Vista Circle, in Stone Creek Ranch, is listed as the manager of a limited liability company that sold the house to Wahlberg.
The home has a tennis court, a home theater, a club room, two private offices, a gym, a saltwater pool, an oversized outdoor chess board, a wine cellar and a wellness suite.
In March, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that Wahlberg sold a 2.5-acre lot for $17.25 million where he had previously planned to build a custom home.
Talbot Sutter, CEO and founder of Sutter & Nugent real estate in Palm Beach Gardens, said he’s sold multiple homes in Stone Creek Ranch and understands the appeal for people who want privacy.
Sutter is currently listing an 11,500-square-foot home at 16071 Quite Vista Circle for $23 million.
“It’s turned into a status symbol,” Sutter said about Stone Creek Ranch. “It’s an incredible neighborhood.”
