Meghan Markle gives inside look into filming | TV Shows

Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle shared a uncommon behind-the-scenes look inside the filming of season two of her Netflix particular With Love, Meghan. She even included uncommon pictures of her kids.

The star took to Instagram to share a photograph carousel of moments from the filming of the show, captioning the post, “Filming season two of ‘With Love, Meghan’ was more fun than you can imagine. Part of how we kept the vibe alive? Music.

“Between set ups I might play a tune from my cellphone, and today I wished to share some of the favorites I saved on rotation! Add them to your playlist, press shuffle, and get pleasure from! Happy Labor Day weekend! Work onerous, play onerous,” she finished.

In the flicks, fans see Meghan posing with friends, filming scenes, and even includes a few faceless photos of her children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

In the photos, Meghan shows the siblings joining in on the fun as they inspect filming equipment and play with the directors chairs and cut signs.

The first season of the show was not filmed in Meghan and Prince Harry’s actual home in Montecito, but in a nearby rental instead. The second season is now at their home.

She told People, “I wanted to protect that safe haven. We’re a close-knit family, and I love those moments—putting Lili down for a nap, having lunch together, having sacred time together at the end of the day. Our kitchen is where Mama just cooks for the family, and with a crew of 80-plus people, that’s a lot of people to have in your house!”

But even then, Archie and Lilibet visited their mother’s set.

“Archie did the [filming clapboard]! Sweet moments,” Meghan recalled. “They would also come with my husband and visit me on-set, and I loved that my children were able to watch me working and see the balance of that and understand what Mama does and is working to create and share. It was really special because up until then, they hadn’t seen me at work.”

She added, “I hope that when they get old enough, they feel really proud that they were part of the beginning of this with me.”
