Despite a new lucrative deal on the horizon that could net the couple millions, Netflix reportedly will only greenlight projects it is personally interested in, essentially placing them on a “pay per show” basis.

With the holiday special expected to offer a novel Christmas-themed episode, Jameson remarked sarcastically: “It will just be the same uninteresting nonsense. No quantity of money can buy you a real character, and no quantity of money can manipulate people.”
