Aug 21 (GWN) – Google has struck a six-year cloud computing deal with Meta Platforms value more than $10 billion, a source acquainted with the matter told GWN on Thursday, the search giant’s second big settlement not too long ago after one with OpenAI.

Under the settlement, Meta will use Google Cloud’s servers, storage, networking and other companies, the source, who requested not to be named because the discussions are confidential, said.

Google and Meta didn’t immediately reply to requests for remark.
