A mother saved her two-year-old daughter’s life after she donated her liver.
Elle Daniel, 35, gave her daughter Ruby a piece of her liver in June 2025, after the toddler was recognized with liver disease.

“I couldn’t see her for two days after the surgical procedure, because I used to be utterly incapacitated. It was so good to be finally reunited.
“Since the surgical procedure, Ruby has so a lot more power; she will sit up on her own now, and she’s grown so a lot.
