Moment GB News erupts into furious migrant row as host | UK News
GB News host Michelle Dewberry and Bill Rammell heatedly exchanged feedback about whether or not the Government cares about public security. The pair clashed in a furious row after the Home Office announced that the refugee detention scheme is in drive following a new UK-France deal. The first channel migrants have reportedly been detained, with Bill saying that the Government has a duty for public security.
However, Dewberry fumed: “Don’t make me laugh. If the Government cared about public safety, many of whom seem to have some kind of predisposition that they can do whatever they want with the women in this country, they wouldn’t be putting them in and amongst the communities and putting the women and children at risk if their primary concern was the safety of the British public.”
Rammell hit back and tried to reframe the talk: “You have to process the claims and deal with the problem.” The GB News host then interrupted: “If you’re a genuine refugee, why are you throwing your identification documents into the Channel?”
Rammell then argued that rejecting the Refugee Convention and thus refusing all asylum seekers would signify a departure from insurance policies maintained by a number of administrations.
GB News visitor Kelvin MacKenzie then said about the Channel crossings: “Don’t you think 50,000 people a year is a lot? You seem so relaxed about it.”
Rammell replied: “I am angry and I am not relaxed, but I believe in practical solutions. It’s rubbish, Kelvin. Once the legislation is in place and the police have got those powers to go after them, in part, it will make a difference.”
MacKenzie shot back: “It won’t make a difference. They are running riot, and you know that.”
The debate comes after a number of protests have damaged out across the UK close to asylum seeker lodges amid fears the Channel migrant disaster may lead to a surge in crime. It has been reported that MPs have now demanded that ministers shield girls and ladies by gathering DNA samples from unlawful migrants.
In comparable news, GB News presenter Ben Leo was told to “f*** off” by protestors when he tried to interview them at the Epping Stand Up to Racism migrant lodge protest.
The news presenter revealed video footage on social media to his followers, where he tried to get feedback from people but was met with a number of frosty encounters.
At one second, a demonstrator said, “Get the f*** out of here!” while another told Leo, “Off you go. You’re not welcome here.” As he tried to transfer around the pen, Leo said, “That’s not very nice. You don’t need to be so angry.” Another particular person merely told him to “f*** off.”
