Netflix enthusiasts have confessed they are “counting down the days” following major announcements regarding My Life With the Walter Boys.

The beloved Netflix series is making its comeback for a second season and will be gracing screens imminently, leaving audiences absolutely thrilled.

Netflix revealed the exciting update on X (formerly Twitter) posting, “S2 Jackie, Cole, and Alex loading… My Life With the Walter Boys returns in ONE MONTH.”

Thrilled by the announcement, one devoted fan expressed on X, “Counting down the days. Can’t wait to see Jackie, Cole, and Alex back on screen.”

Another declared, “I’m Team Alex and Jackie, even if their chances are slim. Jackie needed support and stability in her new chaotic life, and Alex gave her that and more; in return, she gave him the chance to be truly seen and loved.”

It’s been 18 months since viewers witnessed Jackie Howard’s (portrayed by Nikki Rodriguez) existence get completely shattered when her family perished in a devastating car crash, forcing her to rebuild her life from scratch.

Katherine Walter (Sarah Rafferty), Jackie’s lifelong best friend, later extended an invitation for the teenager to relocate and live with her family which includes a staggering seven boys, one girl, and their parents.

The circumstances grew increasingly complex when Jackie began a romantic relationship with one of the sons Alex Walter (Ashby Gentry), while simultaneously harboring deep feelings for his older brother Cole (Noah LaLonde).

The cliffhanger finale then delivered a shocking twist after Alex declared his love for her, feelings which Jackie couldn’t return, leading her to share an intense kiss with Cole.

The season concluded with Jackie departing to New York with her uncle, leaving behind only a written note for a bewildered Alex who suspects Cole played a role in her sudden exit.

Alongside the announcement, a trailer was previously unveiled offering glimpses of what lies ahead, opening with footage of Jackie in New York as her voiceover reveals, “I spent all summer spiralling about how and why I left. I don’t belong anywhere anymore.”

The preview ultimately confirms Jackie’s return journey to Colorado as she encounters Cole face-to-face, with him demanding to know why she has come back – but what, or who, is the true motivation behind her decision?
