Nashville’ actor Isabelle Tate dead at 23…
Isabelle Tate, an actress on “9-1-1: Nashville,” has died at age 23.
Per Variety, she handed away on Sunday. No trigger of death was immediately disclosed.
(*23*) to GWN, she suffered from a uncommon progressive neuromuscular disease which confined her to a wheelchair. Her agent told the outlet that it impacted her legs, but can also impression the lungs and coronary heart.
Her agent told the outlet that she died peacefully in her sleep.

On Wednesday, the Nashville-based McCray Agency wrote on Facebook, “We are deeply saddened and completely heartbroken to share that Isabelle Tate passed away on October 19th. She was 23.”
“I’ve known Izzy since she was a teenager and she recently returned to acting. She booked the first series she auditioned for, 9-1-1 Nashville,” the post concluded. “She had a wonderful time.”
Tate was born and raised in Nashville, and appeared in the Ryan Murphy show’s pilot as Julie. It was her first major appearing job.
Starring Chris O’Donnell, LeeAnn Rimes, and Hunter McVey, the show is the latest spinoff in the “9-1-1” franchise produced by Ryan Murphy, following fictional first responders in varied cities (the flagship “9-1-1” is set in Los Angeles, starring Angela Bassett and Jennifer Love Hewitt, while “9-1-1: Lone Star” was set in Texas and starred Rob Lowe).

“9-1-1: Nashville” follows fire division Capt. Don Hart (O’Donnell) and varied other first responder characters, such as his long misplaced son, Blue (McVey). Tate performed a lady attending a bachelorette celebration who acquired a dance from Blue, as he’s a former stripper turned firefighter.
(*23*) to her obituary, “Isabelle loved volunteering her time to all things, particularly animals – her idea of a fun outing was visiting an animal shelter and doling out lots of love.”
The obituary describes her as an “aspiring actress,” who was “the life of the party,” “full of fire, a fighter” and “never once making excuses for the fact that she might have a disability relative to others.”

It also described her as “musically inclined, often spending hours writing and recording songs with friends and even publishing a few.”
“Her sister was her best friend and her mom was her shining beacon of light,” it reads.
The actress is survived by her mom, Katerina Kazakos Tate; step father, Vishnu Jayamohan; father, John Daniel Tate and sister, Daniella Tate.
