A workplace comedy centered around a tire shop has become a massive success among Netflix audiences.

Tires (which uses the American spelling of the word) initially debuted on the streaming platform May 23, 2024.

The second season dropped on June 5, 2025, and has already secured renewal for a third installment.

Developed by Shane Gillis, Steve Gerben, and John McKeever, the storyline revolves around Will (portrayed by Gerben), who oversees the West Chester branch of his family’s faltering auto-repair business,s Valley Forge Automotive Center.

His efforts to revive the company’s fortunes are constantly sabotaged by his insufferable cousin and worker, Shane (Gillis), who relentlessly harasses and sabotages him whenever possible.

“These guys should continue to entertain people for years. They all came up with great ideas, fantastic incidences & fresh natural acting… The last episode of each season has been the cherry on top. People will enjoy this Cherry & icing on top for a long time!!!!” another penned.

“This show is HILARIOUS! I’ve worked in automotive for 12+ years, and this show is great. Reminds me of The Office and Workaholics with its camera work/relatability. It’s over-the-top jokes, but it’s how real people talk, in real life. Now walking on eggshells. It doesn’t hold back, and that’s what makes it great. Constant laughs…Binged all 6 episodes and didn’t want it to stop. It’s not over-complicated and shows don’t need to be… It’s so good I actually reviewed something and I never do!” a third chimed in.

A fourth opined: “One of the best shows on Netflix. The humour really picks up with each episode. The characters are all really relatable, and the actors nailed their parts perfectly. Hopefully it gets a few more seasons as seasons 1 and 2 were awesome!”.

A fifth viewer chimed in: “One of the funniest shows to come out in a long time…Good old comedy fun, and Shane Gillis is the man! Shout out to the dawgs! And to all the people who complain about it being against their morals, don’t like it, then don’t watch it. You’ve had plenty of other shows that have come out in the last couple of years that are woke, so go rewatch them.”

Meanwhile, a sixth fan expressed: “I haven’t had a show hit this hard for me since ‘Big Mouth’ dropped. It was a great little afternoon spent. Six episodes is enough to grab you, make you laugh, and cause you to want more. I know I do, especially with the talent starring in this project. It was SUPER nice seeing comedic faces. I love getting those laughs in a whole new way. 10/10, definitely recommend.”

Netflix has announced via Instagram that the third season will arrive in 2026. Until then, both seasons one and two remain accessible on the streaming platform.
