Netflix eyes Lionsgate after losing to Fox on Roku…
Netflix is reportedly in shopping for Lionsgate, the film studio behind the “John Wick” and “Hunger Games” franchises, after it misplaced to out on buying streaming giant Roku to Fox Corp.
Netflix is one of a quantity of media firms eyeing Lionsgate, though the Los Gatos, Calif.-based firm has not put in a formal indication of curiosity yet, Semafor reported Tuesday.
Shares of Lionsgate jumped almost 11% in noon trading.
