GB News presenter Martin Daubney received into a heated debate with former Labour spokesman James Matthewson.

The pair clashed over politicians Donald Trump and Nigel Farage, who Matthewson branded “far right”.

As Matthewson claimed that Reform and Republican politicians put out easy options for advanced points and are blaming multiculturalism for various points, saying the “extremes win out” as people “look for a scapegoat”.

Daubney cut in and stated: “James, James, you’re doing that thing that they always do on the left. You’re trying to make out that the party is racist or divisive, you’re trying to say that Reform are toxic on multiculturalism.

“They’re saying the identical about Donald Trump. People voted for Donald Trump, the polling is saying that no matter you are saying about your own personal opinions of Nigel Farage and reform, it is not affecting the citizens.

“They seem to want something different, and they’re not getting the economic good news they want right now from Labour Party, and call them racist what we like,” as he added a brual “It’s not landing.”

Matthewson replied: “They want better news and they want a different direction. It doesn’t stop the truth from being the case though, Martin. I mean in America, look at what we’ve seen.

He then said that Labour “need to get their act collectively to put ahead an different imaginative and prescient” to win people back as Daubney responded: “On that we are able to agree, and I feel a good place to begin could be to stop calling everyone you disagree with far proper.”
