When you start to look into staffing that system, would not it appear logical that you’ll assign this job, of deciding who ought to and should not enter the nation, to people who are at least residents, ideally people who have been born in the nation? Seems to make sense, but for whatever motive, Sweden has determined to go all “multicultural” in their Migration Agency.

If they depart the non-Swedes in charge, they lose their tradition. But then, they’re already shedding their tradition.
