Amanda Hirsch of the favored Instagram deal with “Not Skinny But Not Fat” and the eponymous celeb interview podcast was the first podcaster to interview the Kardashian sisters — and dished to The Post on the one factor that amazed her about Kim during their 2022 sitdown.

“I asked her, ‘Where do you want to sit?’ And she said, ‘Oh, I don’t have a side,’” Hirsch explained, referencing celebs’ desire to be filmed on the facet of their face that’s most flattering.

“I was really shocked. … Because so many people come in and they’re worried about [that].”

The Riverdale native, who has interviewed Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and matriarch, Kris Jenner, was also shocked to be taught that actuality’s royal household is so down to earth.

“They didn’t ask me for the entire list of questions. They don’t roll up with a whole f–king entourage like a lot of other people do,” said Hirsch, 37, who has close to 1 million Instagram followers.

“I think people think they have 17 nannies. They’re probably not with their kids. … But they’re kind of the opposite of that.”

In fact, during her chat with Kim, which was held at the headquarters of her shapewear model Skims, her daughter North “was there playing basketball … in the middle of our interview,” she said.

Hirsch’s one-on-one with Kourtney was at the star’s LA mansion in the summer time of 2023 — and she put on her electric fire to add to the aesthetic.

“And everyone was like, ‘Kourtney, it’s 85 degrees,’ and she was like, ‘It’s for the vibes.’ And I was sweating, afraid I would faint mid-interview,” Hirsch said, laughing.

“She was, at one point, sweating from her wrist, and I was like, ‘Kourtney, are you ok?’ and she’s like, ‘I’m fine.’”

Hirsch, who now lives on the Upper East Side with her husband and two youngsters, began sharing her takes on celebs and popular culture on Instagram in 2016.

“I was writing these memes which … I look back at them now and I cringe.”

She recalled the aha second she had that same yr — when Kourtney preferred a playful post she’d penned that read, “Don’t follow Kourtney Kardashian on Snapchat if you have low self esteem.”

“That was my first, like, ‘Okay, the internet is a powerful tool, you can get to the person you are writing about.”

Her early interviews had been out of her then-one-bedroom Upper East Side condo’s kitchen — and now she is scoring sitdowns with the largest names in Hollywood, like Ryan Reynolds, whom she gushed was “so great, so nice.”

“He made a video for my son because I told him my son likes ‘Deadpool,’” she said about their 2024 interview.

“And he wrote me a thank-you.”

Another major A-lister second for Hirsch was when Jennifer Aniston admired her hair.

“She said, ‘Oh, your highlights are so good. Who does them?’ I was so shocked because she’s the queen of hair obviously,” Hirsch said.

“And I think I said, ‘In New York, I’ll send you [the name].’ And then I obviously had to make fun of myself for that … ’til this day actually I don’t know what I should have answered that would have made me sleep at night.”

At the second, Hirsch is busy manifesting her dream celeb podcast visitor, Meghan Markle.

“My goal would be for people to be like, ‘Oh my God, I love her now. She was so fun and so cute.’”

When Markle launched her Netflix sequence “With Love, Meghan,” in March, Hirsch voiced her concern over the hate the Duchess of Sussex may get over it, writing on Instagram, “You guys, I’m scared for Meghan.”

Markle acknowledged the sentiment by sending Hirsch her As Ever jam and a handwritten word that read, “Dear Amanda, I heard you were feeling scared. Don’t be! This is the fun part — let’s enjoy it.”

“When she sent me the note, people got a kick out of it like, ‘Oh s–t. She has some snark. She gets it, she’s in on it,’” Hirsch said.

“So I would want more of that for her [in a future interview] … and for me, it would be huge.”
