Not so fast! Kandi Burruss has responded to her estranged husband’s latest divorce claims with receipts straight from Bravo. US Weekly reviews that the previous Real Housewife of Atlanta contested Todd Tucker’s assertions that he was “pressured” into signing their prenup with footage from their 2014 marriage ceremony particular.

As beforehand reported, Todd alleged in court filings that he signed the 2014 prenuptial settlement “under pressure” just hours before their marriage ceremony, without his attorneys current. In his filings, Todd claimed that although Kandi’s legal crew had beforehand communicated with his own attorneys relating to the settlement, the ultimate model was introduced to him without session, raising questions about the enforceability of the contract.
Now, US Weekly reviews that Kandi filed an amended divorce petition on December 1, disputing Todd’s claims. The footage, according to the submitting, reveals Tucker “audibly announce” that he was “good to sign” the settlement after talking with his attorney both on and off digicam.
In a clip circulating on social media, Todd is seen assembly with Kandi’s lawyer on the day of the marriage and agreeing to signal the prenup as he believed the settlement was “fair and reasonable” and he was signing voluntarily, “without coercion or undue influence.” He also particularly acknowledged that he acquired no threats or stress to signal it.
Custody is also a level of competition. As beforehand reported, Todd is in search of major bodily custody of their son Ace, 7, and daughter Blaze, 4, citing Burruss’ work-related journey. He has requested joint legal custody and ultimate decision-making authority while permitting Burruss “substantial time and meaningful access” to the kids and is in search of an equitable division of marital belongings and potential alimony if the prenup is deemed unenforceable.
US reviews that Kandi initially sought joint legal and bodily custody but amended her petition to request major custody of their youngsters, just like Todd did in his submitting. Her submitting emphasizes that both mother and father have skilled obligations requiring journey, and that she has persistently ensured care for the kids through a nanny and a “diverse and concentrated family support network” of family members within close proximity.
Kandi first made their divorce public on November 21 and not too long ago broke her silence, noting that the cut up had been “brewing for a while.” Court paperwork affirm that she listed their official date of separation as July 2025.
